This will prevent many low-level thieves from attempting to burglor your commercial or community space.

If prevention doesn’t work or isn’t possible, then authorities must take action to ensure thieves don’t get away with their crimes.

St. Louis, Missouri has recently experienced a run of “smash and grab” robberies all across the city. In these cases, thieves are using tools, bricks, and stolen vehicles to break into buildings and take ATM machines, cash registers, and merchandise like electronics and liquor.

Police have taken new action to tracking down perpetrators: helicopters. With helicopter patrols, police are able to quickly get to the scene of the crime and pursue the perpetrators without being hindered by vehicles or streets.

While the police are doing everything they can, there simply aren’t enough officers to patrol every corner of the city at every point, so some business owners are taking extra precautions of their own. They’re  installing barriers and concrete polls in front of their businesses to prevent people being able to drive vehicles into the buildings. Another precaution they could take is to hire a security guard to monitor and patrol the premises. Curtis Protective Services can provide security guards anywhere in the Southeastern United States, Florida and Georgia in particular. If you’re ever concerned about your business, community, or property, let us know. We can help you feel safe and secure, with or without a helicopter.
