Orlando Division: Black Lives Matter

Black Lives Matter!!! The black community along with other minorities are fed up with seeing their community members murdered by criminal police officers. Good Officers must take action to get rid of these criminals among their ranks who under the guise of law enforcement commit criminal acts. It is NOT good enough for good officers to just do their jobs. They know who the bad police officers are and they must take steps to rid their departments of them. The many good police officers, certainly many of the Dallas police officers who put themselves in harms way last week are paying the price for inaction and silence. The police officers themselves know who the bad officers are and they MUST take steps to get rid of them from their ranks. Seldom are the criminal officers hurt by their actions; their fellow officers are. It is the bad offices who put their fellow officers in harms way. The bad officers know to hide away once they have stirred up a “hornets nest” of anger and frustration. Police management must be more courageous in getting rid of bad officers. If they don’t they share in the responsibility and consequences of their failure to act, to protect the good officers and importantly, the public whom they are sworn to protect. Good Officers: man up.
