Christmas is for everyone who wants to enjoy the season. Christmas includes Muslims, Christians, agnostics and atheists IF they want to join. Christmas is a time for inclusion not exclusion. Everyone who wants to share in the values of Christmas are invited to participate. Remember it wasn’t invented here!! Everyone should feel welcome to join in the fun and goodwill that the Season requires. It appears that there are people who want to “highjack” this season for their own agenda or simply because they have nothing of value to add to this conversation or any other. In keeping with the story of Scrooge we can become frustrated with the Scrooges of the world or simply accept that they exist and hope that they too will someday understand and practice the meaning of Christmas; be that religious or secular.
