Bomb threats are increasingly common: The difference is that whereas once we could almost rest assured that they were false threats, today we cannot. ISIS, criminals among us and “crazies” now must be listened to more carefully. We have seen terrorists continue to manipulate the media using this tactic. An unfortunate aspect of this is that occasionally they actually set off a device.
