Orlando Division: TSA how effective are they?

The TSA; how effective Are They: Recently I had the opportunity to travel to Atlanta and had to pass through the TSA check points as all of us know. The experience was good. The Officers were polite, efficient, professional and sensitive to the task assigned. I was and am impressed with the whole process. On the first leg of the trip I was TSA approved for expedited security. This made the experience fast and easy. On my return trip I was put through the regular security screening. This was also fine. They checked my bag, person and even my checked bag. The efficiency was excellent and without bother. At one point I had to have my computer checked. This again was done politely and efficiently. I give the TSA very high marks for their professionalism and efficiency. I will try to implement some of what I saw with the TSA into my own company as I know it would improve my service to the public as well!
